We are an Atlanta-based consulting firm providing services in four general fields – (1) planning, (2) engineering, (3) financial resources, and (4) program management.  Most of our assignments include work in all four fields.  We help our clients to appropriately plan their projects (such as, transportation improvements, greenways, downtown revitalizations, retirement housing, historic preservation, neighborhood rehabilitation, etc.).

Since its inception over thirty-six (36) years ago, the firm has had over 300 assignments in the public and private sectors.  Our clients, concentrated in, but not limited to, the southeastern states, include private businesses, all levels of governments, colleges and universities and nonprofit agencies. BCA has assisted thirteen county governments, thirty-seven cities, five colleges and universities, seven regional planning agencies, and one Native American tribe to plan development, redevelopment and/or historic preservation projects for their communities.  Our work has included neighborhood and downtown redevelopments, transportation facilities, infrastructure, economic development, local government buildings, greenways, parks and other public facilities.
