History
Mr. Bron Cleveland founded Bron Cleveland Associates, Inc. (BCA) in 1969. Under his leadership, the firm had over two hundred planning and management clients, including a half dozen state governments, over thirty cities and counties, a half dozen hospitals, plus universities, charitable organizations, private developers, regional councils of governments and a Native American tribe. Mr. Cleveland retired in 2005 and served as honorary consultant to the firm until his death in February, 2007. In 2005, BCA proceeded under new management and became a registered engineering firm. BCA has continued its efforts to the implementation of Quality Growth* initiatives for non-profit organizations, municipalities, and counties in Georgia and Alabama. Moreover the firm now has expertise in road and highway design, bicycle and pedestrian systems, NEPA studies, and design of erosion, sedimentation and pollution control and comprehensive monitoring programs. BCA continues to look for new ways to enhance the public’s well being by providing the impetus to development of projects that are of great significance to the communities. * Quality Growth refers to the redevelopment of decaying urban areas. Its goal is to bring economic vitality back to the heart of pre-existing development. |
