BCA assists cities, county governments, colleges, universities, non-profit organizations, and Native American tribes to plan overall or small area development, redevelopment or preservation projects. Our work includes planning neighborhood and downtown redevelopments; developing livable centers initiative studies, corridor studies, solid waste management systems, economic development programs, greenway concept plans, local government buildings, and other public facilities.

We are pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation for the preparation of National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA) documents.
