Ms. Florim is a Professional Engineer with a background in road and highway design. She is experienced in the design of transportation systems including erosion and sediment control and monitoring programs. She is knowledgeable of all phases of planning, design, and development of transportation projects at the Local, State, and Federal level including contract documentation, project management and construction administration.
